Diamant Tropic Gelierzucker is made of unrefined cane sugar from the tropical island of Réunion. It gives jams a brilliant colour and a unique taste. Its subtle cane sugar flavour enhances the full natural taste of all fruits. The preparation is very simple: only puree 500 g of fruit, add 500 g Tropic Gelierzucker and cook for 4 minutes. Finished! Diamant Tropic Gelierzucker does not contain artificial preservatives.

Use

For especially fruit, aromatic jams. Enhances the taste of all summer and exotic winter fruit. Not suitable for jellies made from fruit juice.

Diamant Golden Sugar is produced from sugar cane according to traditional methods. It rounds off tropical cocktails and exotic dishes. And it lends a full, round sweet flavour to coffee, tea and hot chocolate. A non-refined sugar, it is very popular in wholefood cuisine.
